About Us...2008-2009

Community Integration

Our new focus is on leadership opportunities to offer Marin Country with a new community breakthrough in terms of Community Integration: Creating an Innovative path for Marin's undeserved children and those more fortunate (economically and socially) to interact and engage in joint activities via the inspiring and growth-oriented services that Performing Stars offers through its programs. Current and future programs intentionally seek to create multi-racial. multi-social connections throughout Marin County.

Our programs include:

• ensure equal access to all opportunities and access to undeserved youth
• create collaborations across geographic areas to ensure that youth of all ages, social-economic levels, races and ethnicities have interaction
• strengthen families by engaging them in activities shared by children, parents, guardians and grandparents
• create venues for youth to participate in safe programs, keeping them off the streets and providing positive structured activities
• coordinate events, brokering tickets to professional venues and securing a variety of scholarships opportunities.

Performing Stars is a key community leader...We initiate, forge and maintain important alliances, collaborations and partnerships among non-profit organizations Marin and Bay Area counties.
