Performing Stars of Marin transforms the lives of low-income, multicultural children, and adults in communities across Marin. Our organization was founded in 1990 on the belief that everyone, regardless of age, race, or income, deserves an opportunity to "reach for the stars" by acquiring new skills, developing self-esteem, and building confidence. Through our programs and services, we enhance academic and professional readiness, teach good work habits and positive social skills, provide leadership development opportunities, invest in community infrastructure, and cultivate the critical thinking and communication skills that lift individuals out of poverty and into a bright future.
